大家都知道,CNC精密零件的模膛是由鑄造工藝決策的,鑄造工藝的首要特性是自由鍛傾斜度、銜接圓弧和分模面及其田細加工工藝樣子,而現(xiàn)階段常用的CAD/CAM軟件(包含POWER-SHAPE等手機軟件)都并不是對于CNC精密零件開發(fā)設計的具備鑄造工藝特點的常用手機軟件,因而導致了CNC精密零件三維造型設計的多元性,假如把鑄造工藝特點從CNC精密零件的三維模型上提取出來,CNC精密零件模膛的樣子就顯得十分簡易了,把分離出來了加工工藝樣子的實體模型稱之為CNC精密零件的數(shù)據(jù)模型,擁有數(shù)據(jù)模型,再在它上邊加上上加工工藝特點,就可獲得達到鑄造工藝的最后樣子。在沒有專用型CNC精密零件三維造型設計手機軟件的條件下,創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)模型這一核心理念就可以把三維造型設計規(guī)章化、流程化,進而提升設計效果。

CNC精密零件三維造型的總體原則
